After months of searching in all areas of Lufkin, Mr. and Mrs. L finally found “the one”. This contract almost fell apart. It took several days of negotiating and prayers. Both parties came to an agreement and made this purchase happen within days. Santa came early for everyone involved!

Closings New to town! We said *goodbye* to the city life and *hello* to the Pineywoods! A year long search and then a multiple offer situation. (Yes, that’s still a thing) I’m so happy for my buyer and the exciting things to come! Let the adventures begin!
Closings She had me at “I want to sell some land”! We are closed and funded and all smiles here! We learned that surveying 5 acres is NOT the same as surveying 5 acres out of larger track that didn’t have a survey and field notes were very outdated. My seller knew what she had and new what she wanted and we did just that!
